The Helping Hounds Program is sponsored by the Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance (CPAA). CPAA is a non-profit coalition of local rescue organizations working together to save the lives of dogs, cats and other companion animals through improved public education, increased adoption rates and intensive spay/neuter programs.  We are a 501(c)3 organization that receives no government funding.
